Safety During COVID-19
Heartland Health Center takes the safety of our patients and staff seriously. Measures are being taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within our clinics:

Patients will be screened via phone and at the door of each clinic before entry is allowed.

Patients will be required to wear masks within all clinics and follow social distancing guidelines.

Patients may elect a telehealth appointment (phone/video) instead of an in-person appointment.

Walk-in appointments are not allowed at this time. Doors will remained locked at all times.

Heartland Health Center is able to serve patients who do not have insurance by utilizing a sliding fee discount scale. We also accept many private insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Outreach representatives are available to assist patients with program enrollment, including Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, Every Woman Matters, WIC, SNAP and many more.
