Michelle earned her Master’s Degree in Nursing Management from American Sentinel University in 2015 and joined Heartland Health Center in January of 2017. Prior to her current role as Director of Clinical Services, she served as Director of Nursing in long-term care specializing in behavioral health. Michelle is passionate about providing excellence in patient care and is dedicated to outstanding leadership practices.
Before transitioning into clinical and nursing management, Michelle received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Clarkson College in 2009. She has years of experience in various hospital settings and has served in numerous medical, surgical, urological, oncological, and short-stay surgery roles. Michelle lives in Fullerton with Ava, her daughter, Ethan, and their dog, Charlie. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, shopping, and running.
