You are able to support Heartland Health Center by donating on our website. If you have supplies for the clinic, we ask that you call ahead to see if the items are needed. We appreciate the support.

No, it is not a free clinic. We have a sliding fee scale for uninsured patients who meet the household income criteria. Patients are expected to pay for services received at the Heartland Health Center. We are more than happy to make payment arrangements with our patients.

The sliding scale is a federal guideline based on household income and number of people in the household. You will need to provide a proof of income. This means 3-4 paystubs from each person in your household who has an income source.

No, insurance is not necessary. Self-pay patients are welcome and will be put on our sliding fee scale if they qualify.
