Our Story

Heartland Health Center was founded in 2014 with one simple goal: to make quality healthcare accessible to everyone. As a Federally Qualified Health Center serving Grand Island, Hastings, and Ravenna, we care for individuals and families of all backgrounds—regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

From primary care and dental services to behavioral health, pharmacy support, and community outreach, our team provides whole-person care that connects every part of your health.
